Depends on what keyboard that you are using. Some keyboards have preset RGB with just 1 singular color or you have to download some software in order to trigger it.

Wade, for your issue, do some research on what computer/laptop that you have. You might have to download some software in order to trigger the RGB or your computer might not have it. I don't know the situation so do some research if your brand of computer supports it and if there is some software you have got to download.

Antonis Ko: Same thing for you. The Tracer is a Cyberpower PC so go here: Drivers and Software Downloads – CyberPowerPC Help Center and see if there is an option for your computer to run the RGB software. If not then it is preinstalled with a set RGB feature and might not be changeable but, I am not too familiar with the CyberPower PC.

    Hope this sheds some light.

    thank you Yeet,

I have done that to no avail. There is only an app I could find related to the RGB but that is not working as there is no backlit. i am not talking about the RGB; there is no light at all. If you have any suggestions as to what to download or look for please tell us.

i have also tried the the Windows Mobility centre but there is no option for the keyboard backlight there either. it seems that its missing altogether but i am pretty sure the keys used to light up.

could it be a conflict of some drivers or somethign similar? i dont know even know where to start looking though !?!?!?!

I don't believe that there is a conflict between the drivers but that is very odd that it is not working... try this press fn then press your spacebar? That is what I do for my PC.

If the issue is still there contact support because then it could tie into a more difficult issue because then there is something wrong with the PC itself in not recognizing "Hey there is a keyboard light up damn it" so try that and if nothing works call customer support.

I am using a Cyberpowerpc NOHI01 keyboard and have found that I can use  FN + Pg Up  or  FN + Pg Dn  to change the brightness of the selected color or turn it off completely.  I have to use  FN + PrtSc  or  FN + ScrLk  or  FN + Pause to change the colors and/or make it "breathe".  These same commands work on another keyboard I have that isn't from Cyberpowerpc. Hope this helps.
