    I am also facing the same issue with them. I just bought a PC 1 month ago to do work on my project Clopton Capital and the PC is not working properly. I also tried to do contact with their support team but no one is responding.

    They straight committed fraud with me.  I ordered a specific motherboard for my machine so that I could control all lighting and fans within ASUS software.  The didn't hook any fans or lights up to the motherboard, but instead a hub, but didn't bother to hook that hub up to any of the ARGB slots, so I have ZERO control of any lights or fans.  

    When I ask about this, their only reply is that I didn't specify I wanted it hooked to the motherboard in the comments section of my order and there's nothing they will do to compensate me.

    They have turned into the joke of the industry

    I am having the same problem with CyberPowerPC. Two weeks ago I was  completing my important Project. Suddenly my Monitor screen turned off. I tried to call their customer service department, but no one receive my call. The overall review according to my side is 0/5.

    I was having the same problem with these. I just bought a laptop about a year ago to work on my project AGC Landscapes, and it wasn't working well. then I also contact their customer service department, and he responded. He changed my laptop now everything is well.
