Issue: No boot device available
The system may exhibit the symptoms shown below :
- The system may start in 'BIOS UEFI Setup' instead of normal mode.
- Error "No Boot Device Available" displayed on start-up
On most occasions, one of the systems above is seen after the system's Motherboard has been replaced.
Follow these steps:
Press <Del> after the CyberPowerPC Logo or Motherboard Manufacturer's Logo appears.Note: The screen may flash up quickly so you may need to try the above keystroke multiples times as there is a short window of opportunity for the system to recognize the key-press. (Del)
Once the BIOS Setup screen appears, navigate to the storage section.
Check to see if the system recognizes your hard drive as the primary storage device.
To ensure the BIOS Setup Settings has been saved, press the <F10> to Save & Exit, and the system should restart again, automatically.
- If the problem continues to persist, please contact CyberPowerPC support for further detailed support.
