Best Buy is not very good in helping you in getting what you need when your power supply goes out but wants to charge you $ 84.95 to ship your PC back to Cyberpower when it is only 32 days old !!!! I did contact   Cyberpower and they were awesome in helping me in what it was I need to do....                                                                                                                                                                        Thank You Tech Support

I was wondering like if I should go to best buy or slope 3 for them to put parts into my PC or should I go somewhere else?

Good day, my son's cyberpower series c is shutting down each day while he games, and not games that are "labor-intensive" that his pc cant handle. We already added 2 new cards 8 gb each, is it possible we just need a better psu? I think stock was 500, was planning to install 700? Thanks guys.. Lost Gamer Dad

Thank you for the detailed guide! I’ve started going through the steps you've outlined to address the blue screen errors and game crashes. I’ve already reseated the RAM and plan to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic and SFC scan next. Hopefully, that helps stabilize the system.

Also, just a quick note — I’ve got a cpu gpu bottleneck checker coming up soon, so I might need to delay the final steps like reinstalling Windows until after that. I’ll update you once I’ve completed all the diagnostics.
