This beginner-friendly guide will walk you step-by-step through repairing a corrupted ITE5711
controller. Follow every step carefully and do not power off your system during the flashing process.
Important Safety Notes:
• You must be logged in as an Administrator.
• Do NOT turn off your PC during any flashing step.
• Only use these files if your ITE5711 controller is confirmed to be corrupted.
Step 0 – Download the Required Files
1. Download File 1 attached to this article. 2. Save File 1 to your Downloads folder.
Step 1 – Flash the Controller Using File 1
1. Open File Explorer and go to your Downloads folder. 2. Right-click File 1 and click "Extract All".
3. Open the extracted folder. 4. Right-click Flash.bat and select "Run as Administrator". 5. Click Yes if
prompted by Windows. 6. Follow the on-screen instructions in the black window. 7. Wait until you hear
the Windows device connected sound and see the Dynamic Lighting notification.
Step 2 – Restart Your Computer
1. Click the Start Menu. 2. Click Power. 3. Click Restart.
Step 4 – Reinstall Gigabyte Control Center
1. Download the latest version of Gigabyte Control Center. 2. Install it normally. 3. Open the program
after installation. 4. Confirm that all RGB devices and hardware are now detected.
Final Success Checklist
• RGB devices are detected.
• No Dynamic Lighting errors appear.
• Gigabyte Control Center opens and functions correctly.
• ITE5711 controller is fully restored.
