How do I check my warranty status?
You can check your current warranty status by contacting a CyberPowerPC support representative or you can determine your warranty status based on the delivery date listed on your invoice, CyberPowerPC systems include a 1-year warranty. If the warranty has expired you have a couple of options available for future support.
Find a local service technician: Local computer repair shops and computer retailers may be able to repair your system as a service.
Note: CyberPowerPC is unlikely to have the exact same hardware as your current system if it is already out of the warranty period. We can offer services to replace some components however we cannot support or warranty that specific component after service since we only offer warranties on complete systems. This is why we generally suggest that you contact a local computer technician to evaluate your needs or consider purchasing a new computer.
