Whether or not you have game codes included with your purchase depends on where you purchased it from, see the two below options.
Purchased from CyberPowerPC.com
If you purchased your desktop or laptop system from the CyberPowerPC.com website, then your code will be printed out with instruction for how to redeem it on a sheet that is included inside the accessories box that came with your system. This accessories box could be a black box or more often, it's the motherboard box included with your shipment.
Purchased from other retailers such as Amazon, BestBuy or others.
If you purchased your desktop or laptop system from a retailer such as BestBuy or Amazon, game codes and instruction for how to redeem it will be provided by the retailer. For example, online retailers such as BestBuy.com and Amazon.com will email you the code and instructions or you may find it under the account information section of your online profile for that specific retailer. For local retailers such as BestBuy stores, information for redeeming your code will be included on your in-store printed or emailed receipt.
Amazon Example
If you purchased from Amazon.com your checkout will look like this with the notification at the top of your cart stating that you will receive your game codes by email from Amazon.
BestBuy Example
If you purchased from a local BestBuy retail store, your code and information for how to redeem your game will be included on your receipt. See the image below for an example.

How to redeem AMD game bundle codes.
To redeem your promotional code for AMD games, please follow the steps below:
- You must redeem the game from the CyberPowerPC system that was purchased with the eligible hardware.
- Visit https://www.amdrewards.com/ and login if you have an account or click on "Create an Account" if you don't have an account yet.
- After you have successfully logged in, click on "Claim Reward" at the top right to go the "Claim My Rewards" page.

- Select the game that you wish to redeem by adding to your cart.
- Depending on which publisher your game is from, activation will vary
- For Ubisoft games, click on “Redeem on Uplay” to enter your log in information for your Uplay account. Once finished, click on “Activate on Ubisoft”. The ame code is automatically added to your Uplay Profile.
- For Steam games, click on "Activate on Steam" to enter your log in information for your Steam account. Once finished, click on "Activate on Steam". The game code is automatically added to your Steam Profile
- If your game has not yet been publicly released, it may appear as unavailable. You will have to return to this website once the game is released to claim the product.
- Exit AMDRewards.com and log into the game launcher for the specific publisher directly (Uplay for Ubisoft, Origin for EA/Origin games, Steam for Steam games), and you will see the game in your library. Game code will not appear on screen nor be delivered via email.
I'm getting an error that my game code is invalid.
If you are getting an error that the code is invalid, there is a chance that could be one of two issues
- The code was typed incorrectly
- The code may have been inputted incorrectly so please try to type it again.
- Keep in mind that certain letters and numbers are often read incorrectly such as Zero (0) for Capital "O" or lower case L (l) for upper case i (I).
- If you need assistance or unsure of if you are inputting it correctly, you can contact support and we can provide you with a digital version of the code to make copy and pasting easier.
- Server is unavailable
- In some cases the game publisher's website or desktop app might have issues connecting to the game code validation server, this is typically a temporary problem that will just require time to work again. In this case, you will just have to wait to try it again later.
- Check that your internet connection is working properly
- Try using the code on the game publisher's website (ie. uplay.com, origin.com, battle.net, steampowered.com) rather than the desktop application, this is an option available for most game publishers.
I'm getting an error that my game code has already been redeemed.
Game codes are assigned not only to your specific system's serial but also the specific serial number of the qualifying product whether it's your CPU or GPU so it's unlikely that it has been used by any other system. Often it could be one of the following issues.
Redemption process interrupted, check the games list.
This is common that perhaps the code redemption process was interrupted but the code was assigned to your account but you didn't see the final confirmation screen. In this case, check your game list to see if it isn't already there.
Publisher desktop application is not refreshing.
Your game portal desktop application is not refreshing properly with the new game. It sometime may take a couple of minutes or there was an error after input that didn't refresh your game list. To solve this try exiting the game publisher's desktop application and reopening it to see if it's now available on your list of games.
The game is hidden and needs to filter game library.
Your game may be hidden. On some desktop publisher applications, there is a featured called hidden games or filters that are making the game invisible to your list. To fix this you'll need to go to filters and make sure you are under the option to see all games. In Steam, some code might be considered applications rather than games so it won't be in your game library but instead in your applications library. See the example below of how the game could be hidden or filtered out on the Origin/EA desktop application.
I'm getting an error that a qualifying product was not detected in my system.
Redeemed on the wrong system
In order to redeem a game bundle, it must be redeemed on the new system that the game bundle was included with. This means you CANNOT redeem the code on any other computer than the new computer you purchased for which the game code was bundled with. This is because AMD and NVIDIA game codes use a system called PVT (product verification tool) that is built into the GeForce Experience or downloaded for AMD that allows the system to match your game bundle code to the GPU or CPU serial number it was assigned to.
Device drivers not installed properly
There is a chance that your device drivers are not properly installed so the system can't identify the proper CPU or GPU installed or identify it's specific serial numbers for verification. In this case you may need to check to ensure you have the latest version of either NVIDIA GeForce Experience and drivers or AMD Crimson Software and drivers.
