2. How do I select the Ice Pad for my CyberPowerPC build?
Follow these simple steps to include the Ice Pad in your gaming PC:
1. Go to CyberPowerPC.com
2. At the top of the homepage, click on “Gaming PC”
3. Choose a customizable gaming PC (not a prebuilt-only option)
4. Click “Customize” on your selected system to begin building
5. Scroll down to the “Cooling” or “Thermal Interface Material” section
6. Select “Carbice Ice Pad Thermal Interface Material”
7. Finish selecting your components and click “Add to Cart”
*Your PC will ship with Ice Pad pre-applied by CyberPowerPC’s professional assembly team. Completely mess-free and no need to replace or repaste again.
3. Why can’t I find the Ice Pad option?
Ice Pad may not show up if:
• You’re browsing a preconfigured or non-customizable system
• You haven’t reached the customization step in the build process
• The system you chose doesn’t support non-standard thermal interface materials (TIMs)
Make sure to start with a fully customizable Gaming PC.
