If you are checking on the status of your order and you noticed that it has already shipped or is being prepared to ship before the quality control process, there is simply a chance that our system has not updated the status properly or the status update was delayed.
We can ensure you though that every order must go thru every department (including Quality Control).

They are not getting back to me about the status and have been put on hold multiple times for 50 mins or more with no results other than waiting
