While we attempt to the best of our ability to keep our inventory on CyberPowerPC.com as up-to-date as possible, there is a chance that a product could quickly run out of stock, even during your checkout process, before the system can be updated to reflect the backorder.
When this occurs we will contact you via email to let you know of the current ETA for the back ordered item and how it affects your estimated ship date.
You may request a replacement alternative for the back ordered item but note this may affect the total cost of your system and the final amount processed.
Important! If you do not respond to our email regarding the backorder issue, regardless of whether it was lost in spam, junk or simply overlooked, your order will remain as processing until you contact us to make changes or cancel the order. We will only send this email notification once so if you feel you haven't received updates after 10 days, you should contact us immediately at (800) 707-0393 to check on the status of your order.
We will make on final email attempt shortly before the 30-day limit where we will automatically cancel your order.
