Question: What does order not processed yet mean?
Answer: Your order was received; however, payment has not been processed yet. This means your payment info has been collected, your order is in our system, but payment hasn't been made yet, so until this is completed, we can't begin working on the order. Once your order has been processed, you will get an email notification letting you know that your order has been processed, and it will move to the next step, "Order Received," and be ready to pick the parts needed to proceed.
Question: What does order is canceled mean?
Answer: This order was cancelled. It could be due to several reasons, such as your request, payment issues, or we could not reach you to confirm important information about the order after a long period. If this order was cancelled in error, please contact a sales agent to see if there was an issue with your order that needs to be resolved and to request that your order be reprocessed.
Question: What does order received mean?
Answer: This order was received. The order will move into the "In Progress" stage once we have begun picking the parts for your order. Note: To avoid delays, please check for emails related to this order in case there are issues that need your immediate response.
Question: What does order in progress mean?
Answer: We are currently picking parts for your order and will begin assembly soon. You may receive emails from us if there are issues with your order, such as incompatibility or stock issues, so please be on the lookout for these, as they may impact the delivery time of your order.
Question: What does order is assembled mean?
Answer: Your order was assembled on $OrdersStatusList.assembly_date and is now ready for the testing phase before shipping. We'll put your order through a stress test across multiple benchmarks to ensure that its performance and quality meet our rigorous standards. Once it has passed every test, this order will be marked as "QC Passed" and will move on to the packing and shipping stage.
Question: What does QC passed mean for my order status?
Answer: QC stands for quality control, so this means your order has been tested and has passed all of our performance benchmarks, stress tests, as well as our multipoint quality inspection for your order. It is now ready to be packed and shipped, which will generally be processed within a day or so.
Question: What does shipped out mean for my order status?
Answer: This means your order has been packed and shipped out already. You should have already received an email notifying you of this shipment, including important shipping information such as your tracking number and the ship-to address for your reference. If you see any issues with your shipment, such as shipping address, names, etc. You can contact a sales agent to help you out.
Keep in mind that shipping information, such as the ship-to address, must always match the payment billing address if you are using a credit card for payment. This is required for security purposes. You can only use an address that is different from your billing address, as long as your bank has registered it as a valid shipping address. In this case, our processing system will confirm that the address is approved; if not, it may be rejected.
Question: What does order in production mean?
Answer: This means all the necessary parts for your system has arrived and the team has started assembly of your system. once your system is fully assembled we will update you to let you know that it has started testing.
Question: What is the email for the sales department if I have questions about my order or for making a purchase?
Answer: You can email the sales team at sales@cyberpowerpc.com but if you have questions about a specific order you can reply to your order confirmation email which will directly connect you to an agent who has been assigned to your specific order.
Question: How accurate or how confident are you in estimated ship dates?
For custom PC builds, our estimated ship dates are based on current inventory levels and the current state of production (i.e., the number of orders being processed at that moment). However, orders that include back-ordered parts are based on a loose estimate, which is our projection of when the back-ordered parts are expected to arrive. However, this date is not guaranteed and may change depending on when back-ordered parts arrive. Our Ready Ship system, however, is pre-built, so shipping estimates are usually very accurate.
