When you purchase a computer from CyberPowerPC, most recent computers now come with a digital key provided by Microsoft that is embedded into your motherboard so there is no longer a sticker with the key attached to the side of your computer or on your user manual.
There is a small chance that for some reason it didn't detect it properly or you've reset or reinstalled your Windows operating system which made it lose it's key. To resolve this follow the steps below attempt to reprocess your activation key.

- Press and hold the Windows (
) key, and then press the r key. - In the Search box, type SLUI.exe 4.
- Follow the onscreen instructions
- Once complete, your Windows OS should now be activated
