I'm wondering if this is related to my WiFi Speed issue. I've been trying to reach over to tech support for a few weeks and I haven't had any luck both via email or the phone. I've been doing my best to take initiative by reading your support articles around wireless network adapter settings to no avail.

My wireless internet at my house on all my other devices receive about 430-450 mbps however my CyberPowerPC usually starts at 60mbps and then caps to around 100mbps.

I'm writing this comment with hopes this will be received and that I can get some assistance!

Thanks for everything!  I had some problems and I called technical support and It was difficult to get someone, but suddenly my problem was solved by someone at home. We didn't know how to start the process, but the on and off back button behind monitor was the answer by moving it in different direction to choose other options. All technology and it is difficult sometimes to know these things. Anyway thanks, my grandson is very happy with the cmputer.

Thank you for the detailed guide! I’ve started going through the steps you've outlined to address the blue screen errors and game crashes. I’ve already reseated the RAM and plan to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic and SFC scan next. Hopefully, that helps stabilize the system.

Also, just a quick note — I’ve got a Cost Estimating coming up soon, so I might need to delay the final steps like reinstalling Windows until after that. I’ll update you once I’ve completed all the diagnostics.

You can upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro without reinstalling by using the Windows Store or a valid Pro license key. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation, choose Go to the Store to buy the upgrade, or select Change product key if you already have one. The process keeps your files and apps intact, similar to accessing advanced features through Pinterest video, and once completed, your Pro license is linked to your Microsoft account for easy future use.
